Kristopher N. Kazmierczak joined the firm in 2003 after practicing for seven years, representing individuals and businesses as plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters before Indiana's State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Kazmierczak concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, general civil litigation at the trial and appellate court levels and administrative law. He also possesses experience in the areas of constitutional law, civil rights, municipal liability, class action and mass-tort asbestos defense matters. He is a member of the Indianapolis American Inn of Court, serving as a Barrister, and a member of the Federal Bar Association.
