
Brian S. Kenworthy practices in the field of business litigation with emphasis in the areas of contracts, collections, employment law, products liability, premises liability, education law, and consumer protection law.
Mr. Kenworthy is member of the Lawyers' Council of the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana.
Mr. Kenworthy actively participates in legal education opportunities in a variety of settings, ranging from middle and high school students, to law students, to business organizations. Mr. Kenworthy lectures on employment law to local business groups, serves annually as a regional judge for a national high school competition on constitutional law, has served on a panel of lecturers to graduating law students, and frequently visits area schools to lecture on legal issues and civil rights.
Mr. Kenworthy graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in May 2002. While in law school, Mr. Kenworthy was a member of the Indiana University International & Comparative Law Review. He received his B.A. in 1996 from Indiana University – Fort Wayne. Mr. Kenworthy joined the firm as an associate in September 2002.
