Tax exemption applications

Our team of experienced attorneys can assist you with the formation, application, amendment, or restructuring of nonprofit entities in applying for determination by the Internal Revenue Service for tax exempt status under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code and in order to receive deductible contributions under Section 170(c)(2), Section 2055(a)(2), and Section 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code.
