Hutchison v. Spanierman, 190 F.3d 815 (7th Cir. 1999) (dispute involving ownership claims to various works of art resolved in favor of client on laches and other grounds)

Indiana Community Business Credit Corp. v. J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., 2011 WL 61173 (S.D. Ind. 2011) (remanding case to state court based on improper removal by defendant)

Forum Group, Inc. v. Harrell (In re Forum Group, Inc.), 181 B.R. 379 (S.D. Ind. 1995) (dispute involving claims for benefits under “golden parachute” agreements upon “change in control” of bankruptcy debtor)
